Become a part of our Nursing Family as an RN for Laredo Medical Center (LMC), you will care for patients and families in need, while developing a lifelong bond of trust and well-being.

LMC is seeking an L&D RN who will work closely with other RNs/Physicians and construct a lasting impact on our patients lives and their families.

- You are responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation

- You would also be responsible for effectively assisting physicians during examinations/procedures and perform various patient tests within the scope of practice for a registered nurse

- You will collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes

- You will establish patient care goals and teach patients to understand conditions, medications, and self-care goals

- You will be expected to rely on your experience and expertise to plan and accomplish goals

Role Essentials

- Active RN license in the state(s) in which the nurse is required to practice

- Active BLS/CPR Certification

- Be a Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN/ASN)

- You have the ability to work independently under general instructions and with a team

- Valid drivers license and/or dependable transportation necessary (variable by region)


- Experience in a dynamic hospital setting

- Previous experience in Labor and Delivery

- Experience within Taleo

- Bilingual is a plus
